Our story

CatDog Social House began as a conversation between a small group of game designers, community managers and player-safety specialists who had spent years working in digital entertainment. We shared a frustration: too many casino-style games felt designed to extract money rather than to deliver fun. We decided to build the opposite — a social casino that is completely free, honest in its design and centred on community.

The name reflects our philosophy. Cats and dogs are famously different, yet in the best homes they live together happily. Our platform welcomes every kind of player, from the cautious newcomer to the seasoned slot enthusiast, and gives them a shared space to relax, compete and connect.

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data, hashed and salted passwords, role-based access controls, regular security testing and staff confidentiality obligations. While no system is entirely immune to risk, we continuously review and strengthen our safeguards. 7. Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, personal data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days, except where retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or maintain self-exclusion records, which are kept for the duration of the exclusion period plus a reasonable safeguarding period.

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. 9. Age restriction

The Service is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we will close it and delete associated data promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email before they take effect. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.

Your rights under the GDPR

Categories of personal information collected

In the past 12 months we have collected: identifiers (username, email, IP address); internet and network activity (browsing and gameplay data); geolocation at the country or region level derived from IP address; and inferences drawn to personalise game recommendations. We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics.

Sale and sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Your California rights

1. Nature of the Service

9. Suspension and termination

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam unless mandatory law provides otherwise. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

Our commitment

• Step 5: At the end of a fixed period, your account remains closed until you contact us and complete a 24-hour cooling-off confirmation. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed.
